Our story
From a single frustration to a software company
inLineMe began with a problem everyone recognizes: waiting, with no idea how long. We set out to fix it — and built a full SaaS platform on AWS Serverless, with online booking and AI at its core, and live queues and wait-time prediction in active development.
That product became our proving ground. The same instincts and engineering now power the work we do for clients: custom software, SaaS products, and AI & RAG systems. We're a product company first, and a services partner because of it.
