Building inLineMe from concept to live SaaS platform
The interesting part isn't the product — it's the engineering. inLineMe is a multi-tenant, event-driven system on AWS Serverless: Lambda and API Gateway over a MongoDB data layer, AI grounded with retrieval, and per-country deployments. Booking runs in production today across two countries — Canada and Sri Lanka, with the UAE next; the real-time queue engine (live state over WebSockets with wait-time prediction) is in active development. We own architecture, delivery and operations end to end, on the very same stack we build for clients.
